IT support engineer and educator with 13+ years across two disciplines: keeping IT systems running, from a banking ATM fleet to school campuses, and teaching English as a foreign language internationally.
Strongest in Windows/Linux server administration, Active Directory, networking and end user support, with measurable resolution speed and first call improvements in banking. TEFL Master Diploma with a long record of Cambridge, TOEFL and Oxford exam preparation.
Certified Scrum Master (PSM I, SAFe SASM), Microsoft Certified Professional and CompTIA A+. Currently training toward cloud and AI with AWS, Docker and CI/CD through labs and coursework, building genuine skill there without yet claiming production experience.
Equally comfortable rebuilding a domain controller and holding the attention of a room of eleven year olds, which, honestly, is the harder of the two.

My core. Windows and Linux server administration, Active Directory, networking and end user support at branch scale, from a banking ATM fleet to school campuses. It's the unglamorous layer that decides whether everything else works.
TEFL certified, 13+ years teaching English across Turkey and Nigeria. Cambridge, TOEFL and Oxford exam preparation, speaking clubs and Model UN coaching for children and adults.
Cambridge curriculum delivery plus STEM and coding programmes for ages 10 to 18: Scratch, Micro:bit, LEGO Education and Code.org, built to get young learners genuinely engaged.
Certified Scrum Master (PSM I, SAFe SASM, RSM). I facilitate refinement, planning and retrospectives, and help teams keep delivery honest and moving.
Where I'm upskilling, not yet where I've worked. Trained on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD through labs and coursework. I'm open to junior, support level or collaborative projects while I build toward certification, and I'll always say so plainly rather than oversell it.
An area I'm actively learning and building in, this very site included. Not a service I'd overstate, but I'm keen on hands on, collaborative and learning focused work with LLM tools and simple automation.

Game based STEM programmes for ages 10 to 18, Scrum Master on internal projects, and day to day campus IT support. Where I also began self training in cloud and DevOps tooling.
Scrum Master on ecommerce projects, plus front line server support. Built the runbook library that dropped repeat escalations ~40%, and automated health checks worth ~6 hours a week.
50+ ATMs, 15+ branches, one post acquisition Active Directory rebuild moving 200+ accounts without a single locked out user. Downtime per incident cut from ~3 hours to under 1.
Designed and ran pull robot activities combining LEGO Education kits with Micro:bit gamification to build teamwork and computational thinking. Owned timelines, participant comms and feedback loops.
